Great Ocean Road -- Oakdene Cellar Door

Since Australia is known for its winery, we decided to search for a place which does wine tasting. Found Oakdene, which is just a few minutes drive away from our airbnb. The gate to enter the place wasn't noticeable. Or maybe because it was my first time driving at a foreign country, I was paying more attention on the road than to find the entrance of the place.

Free parking on the premises and there weren't many visitors there even though it was a Sunday. There is a restaurant, Oakdene Vineyards Restaurant, which is considered a high end restaurant to us. The prices of the main course range from AUD 36 to AUD 42. We decided to head straight for the wine tasting, which cost AUD 5 each. There are three dfferent types of wines: red wine, white wine and fruity wine (if I remember correctly).

Two red wines that are brewed differently.

Some of the white wines we get to taste.

We get to try any of these wines for just AUD 5.

We wanted to purchase one of the wine but we are not sure how we have to bring it back to Singapore. We ended leaving the cellar door and went around the area to take some photos. It's quite pretty to photoshoot outdoor.
